Asia’s Banking Leaders to Convene in Kuala Lumpur for The Asian Banker Summit 2026

As the financial services industry enters a new phase of technological transformation, TAB Global will host the 27th edition of The Asian Banker Summit on 13-14 May 2026.

Taking place at the Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur, the summit will bring together more than 800 senior leaders hailing from banks, central banks, regulatory bodies, and technology organisations across 20 countries.

Imagining the AI Bank

Under the overarching theme of “Imagining the AI Bank,” the Summit’s sessions will heavily cover artificial intelligence deployment, real-time infrastructure, digital assets, and the broader future of banking.

As financial institutions increasingly move beyond mere experimentation and into active execution, discussions will focus on how banks are actively redesigning their operating models. Leaders will also explore strategies for strengthening operational resilience and responding to increasingly complex and interconnected financial ecosystems.

The 2026 Summit will feature more than 70 speakers representing government, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and technology innovators.
