VIRUDHUNAGAR: The Environmental Social Governance and Company Secretary (ESG CS) Foundation claims to have achieved a state-level first by securing official approval from the Tamil Nadu School Education Department to conduct the C.A.S.T. (Commerce Aptitude & Startup Talent) Project across all the schools in the Virudhunagar district.
The Environmental Social Governance & Company Secretary Foundation is a registered trust dedicated to empowering commerce education through AI, law, and governance literacy. The Foundation launched this initiative with CAPS 2025 (Commerce APtitude for Startups), a Virudhunagar district-level event (open for other district students as well) designed to make commerce learning engaging, skill-focused, and AI-driven for 11th and 12th standard students.
CAPS 2025 is the inaugural phase of a sustained effort to mentor students for professional fields (CS, Law, Banking, SEBI courses) and to cultivate entrepreneurial thought. The long-term career guidance and incubation phase will culminate in the CA.R.E.S 2026 (Commerce Aptitude for Real-Career Empowered Startups) event scheduled for March 28, 2026.
The event will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Sri Kaliswari College, Sivakasi and will utilise AI applications to teach
